Great and thoughtful service

Recently came in with an issue that I thought was related to my wisdom teeth. They took a payment over the phone for the session - but discovered during the session that my issue wasn't dental related. They then called me back in specifically to give me a refund - as they were not able to help with the issue. I thought this was very thoughtful! Beyond that I have used The Neem Tree several times and have always had positive experiences there.

Told me I needed 3 fillings and a root canal urgently. Fortunately I couldn’t pay the £2000 they quoted and was upfront with them. Was also charged for an emergency appointment rather than a standard checkup which they weren’t transparent about at the time of booking. I have long term health problems and hadn’t been to the dentist for a while. Am also a nervous patient. I felt they looked down their noses at me like another poster said and took advantage of the situation. Dental assistant and receptionist were whispering when I went to pay. Felt completely uncomfortable.

Saw another dentist today. Was told I definitely need 1 filling possibly 2. Will cost around £200 including checkup possibly £400. Staff went out of their way to be transparent and make me comfortable. No pressure to receive treatment.

Never going back to Neem Tree Wandsworth. They caused me such unnecessary anxiety over the past week. They overcharge for everything including x-rays which no other practices do. Don’t know how they sleep at night.

I have been with the Neem Tree for a number of years and admittedly I don't go as often as I should due to my fear of dentists but I needed to go as I broke a tooth. They quoted me over £2000 for a crown including £60 deposit, plus the initial £60 for the consultation . I went to another dental practice close by who have quoted me £915 for exactly the same treatment. Needless to say I have "given" the Neem Tree the £60 deposit and won't be going back. The other dental practice is also much brighter and cheerier and I feel much happier going there. So I can't comment on what the treatment would have been like, but I have saved myself over £1000!

Attempted root canal resulted in a hole being made in the root & after extreme pain & several injections later, I insisted the dentist stop. It may have happened elsewhere but the way my pain was ignored was unacceptable.
When I had arrived, the dental room smelt of food & there was food containers visible. I wish I’d trusted my instincts not to stay before the treatment started.

Unfortunately, money making clinic. They will look down on you, assume you have a spare £10k to spend on implants crowns etc. Criticised your teeth, make you uncomfortable and do not care - no money, no interest in you. Do not go, especially if you are a foreigner.

What a wonderful dental practice, I had a great experience with all the employees there.
Very informative and helpful staff, very fast and efficient service.
The doctors here are fantastic, friendly and their presence calms down while they work.

Warm and friendly practice. The dental skills are exceptional. Sometimes there is a little delay but this is usually because of the dedication and perfectionism of the staff. I have had some very difficult work done and the results are extremely good.

The Neem Tree staff are wonderful with mum who had a molar tooth extraction last year and more recently a check-up and hygiene clean. Mum’s dentist, Nuno, has a warm, welcoming manner with mum, who has dementia and mobility issues, which helps mum to relax in unfamiliar surroundings. His gentle care builds a nice rapport with mum in the dentist’s chair enabling her treatment to be carried out without any problems.
On reception, Mel is very friendly and helpful with fitting mum’s appointments and payments around her needs.

After swapping dentists The Neem Tree reviewed the state of my teeth and advised on a plan to bother better protect them and to enhance their appearance. This was completed over several months and I am delighted with the outcome.

The customer service I’ve received from Nuno and Mel over the last 10 years has been consistently exemplary. The service always starts with the warm, cheerful, reassuring welcome from Mel, and finishes with the incredible, attentive and attention to detail from Nuno. It’s not often you can say it’s a ‘pleasure’ (and I look forward to!) going to the dentist - but I can say that about The Neem Tree.

The Neem Tree is a really special place! You feel instantly at home the moment you walk in - the atmosphere is calming, and the manager Mel is just outstanding with her customer service - so warm and welcoming! Wonderful service throughout the dental practice, from the effervescent Mel on reception, the diligent oral hygienists and the icing on the cake, Dr Nuno. The Neem Tree offers an exceptionally friendly and reassuring atmosphere, combined with a a high level of expertise.
Whether I come in for a standard check-up or need more advanced treatment, the staff are professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. What really stands out at this clinic though, is the friendliness, care and understanding by everyone who works here, that going to the dentist may be an anxious experience for some, me included - they definitely put me at ease.

The Neem Tree helped me over a period of a year and a half in helping to straighten my teeth. Aliki, my orthodontist recommended several options and the finished result of my teeth is very impressive. Throughout the course of my treatment, The Neem Tree helped with their professionalism and highly talented skills, but also with their very family-friendly attitude. I would very much recommend them.
