Fantastic Experience and Results! Highly Recommend!
I’ve been a regular client at NFBC for about a year now, receiving various treatments such as skin tag removal, laser hair removal, and most recently microneedling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I initially reached out to Lauren on WhatsApp and was really pleased when she replied instantly and provided me a straightforward quote for skin tag removal. I found it quite difficult to get this information from other clinics, so I really appreciated the ease and efficiency here. It was great to have the option to text to enquire, which is really helpful when you have a busy schedule and don't have time to call around!
The environment at NFBC is always welcoming and professional, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I first came in for skin tag removal, and Nurse Rebecca took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully targeted the areas I was most worried about. The healing process was quick, and I was thrilled to see no scarring or marks afterward.
Most recently, I had microneedling with Nurse Rebecca, and it was such a painless and surprisingly relaxing experience. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable, and her passion for skin and overall health really shines through in the way she shares her expertise. Even though it’s only been a day since the treatment, I can already see improvements in my skin!
Carly has been my go-to for laser hair removal, and she is amazing—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks to her, I’ve had great results with every session.
The ladies at NFBC are fabulous—not only are they experts in their field, but they’re also down to earth and just lovely people to be around. I was initially reluctant to reach out for help with my skin, but I’m so glad I did! The care and results have been beyond my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back to use the clinic as part of my regular skincare maintenance. In my view, the level of professionalism and quality of NFBC is on par with the high standards you receive from skin clinics in the Middle East, where exceptional care is the norm. I would wholeheartedly recommend NFBC to anyone looking for top-notch skincare treatments. Thank you so much ladies! xx

Amazing Clinic!
I had been struggling with my skin for sometime, buying products that were making no difference or making things worse, so I decided to book a skin consultation with Nurse Rebecca. I had such an amazing experience, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout and really took her time to understand to my concerns. Rebecca shared her knowledge and experience and recommended a beginner skincare kit, which I have been using and my skin has never looked better!!
I also booked in for my first Prescription Resurfacing Facial, again with Rebecca, and it was the best decision I've ever made! Outstanding treatment from start to finish. Rebecca checked in with me throughout to make sure I felt comfortable and safe, explaining the products and their benefits as we went.
The whole team here are so friendly and welcoming, but particularly Nurse Rebecca! If you're thinking about booking, I would definitely encourage you to. I'm looking forward to my next facial!

Lovely Atmosphere
I recently completed my laser hair removal treatments with Carly. Throughout each appointment I was made to feel very comfortable and saw brilliant results after.
I would definitely go back for other treatments one day.

I had CO2 Fractional laser skin…
I had CO2 Fractional laser skin resurfacing. Lauren is so knowledgeable and talked me through the procedure and answered all my questions. I felt relaxed and only occasionally did i feel a little discomfort. We chatted through the whole of the treatment and I was surprised when she said all done! I recommend Norwich Face and Body the level of service, expertise and knowledge of their treatments is fantastic.Thank you to Lauren and Rebecca I will definitely be back for a course of skin boosters.

Lauren was great.
I was really reluctant to go for a facial despite having wanted to treat my redness for some time. Lauren was really lovely, explained everything well and gave me choices and advice. No hard sell of products and very understanding about my life long lazy approach to moisturiser and self care without judgement. Facial was great and has really helped - I will be back. Quite expensive but not compared to other places doing similar things and worth every penny. A great experience all round.

Katherine made me feel very comfortable…
Katherine made me feel very comfortable and explained everything I had questions for. The procedure was 45 minutes but it passes by quite quickly. The procedure itself is uncomfortable at first but it is short lived as the area that was treated just became numb and I didn't pay attention to it. From my experience I would definitely recommend this. Can't wait to start seeing the results! Thank you.
