Local branches if needed, online accounts easy to manage within the app
Already have other accounts with the Nottingham Building Society and it is so easy to open new accounts. Rates are competitive, app easy to use and kept informed when accounts maturing or deposits/withdrawals made. No problems so far.

I liked the interest rate there are better,I like the access to the money in the account. What I do not like is the primitive web site, slow, boring, making your emails pretty is not a reason to be a customer, so I left

Good = Managed to update passbooks and opened a new ISA without needing an appointment.
Bad = unable to make a card transaction or pay cash to top up an account in branch.
