i believe thrifty white Pharm/The onlne drug store is a scam. I have ordered and paid over $100 of products and they refused to speak with me or send me products. Will contact the Better Business Bureau for them.
Ordered 4 items to be shipped. They are glass bottles. They were poorly packed by the pharmacy and 1 bottle arrived broken due to this negligence. Customer service only responded after a claim was filled with PayPal, and passively aggressively commented on the fact a claim was filed. They then proceeded to argue with a customer to try and justify slow response times. Customer service is abysmal. If you order online from them, be sure to use a payment method that will remediate on your behalf because customer service will not answer phone calls or emails until a claim is filed and they have to.
I have just ordered a product from Thrifty White and was very pleased. The price was great and product shipped immediately. I will order from them again.

Do Not Buy from these place. I ordered products from them through Walmart. When I received it it was the wrong order, it was not sealed. Clumps in the package proofs it’s been open for a while. I took the order back to Walmart, Walmart refused to take it back since the package didn’t match the order I originally made, told me to contact the seller to get refunded. Upon contacting the seller, my refund is being denied by this seller.
I ordered a product that was then delayed and then was lost. I requested a refund at the beginning of October and have yet to recieve or have anyone reach out to me. Completely and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Poor customer experience. You ask them to stop messaging you with the same information and they don't listen. Not good at all.
