Excellent service and brilliant mirror

Poor quality mirror. The longline mirror we purchased looks good at a glance, however the production of it is evidently cheap.

The mirror is not well supported structurally and therefore it is very flexible and thus very fragile - there is no hard backing to provide it with integrity. Within 3 weeks a silver line appeared from the bottom of the mirror, which the online mirror shop claims to be a crack despite both the backing and front being smooth . However I suspect it is due to poor manufacture as this appeared during the recent heatwaves.

They have a 14 day policy to report any issues, therefore any issues thereafter is deemed the customer's issue thereafter.

Will I be purchasing from this company again? No.

In hindsight this is a good lesson for me. In the future I will use a more trusted retailer, whom I know can guarantee the quality of the product.

It was also interesting knowing that the registered director of the company (BMB ENTERPRISES TRADING LIMITED as per the vat number on the website) was the one who handled my query rather unhelpfully.

We ordered a large heavy mirror which was very well packed and delivered without breakage and on time. A good experience all round, so a big thank you.

The first mirror was delivered it arrived very badly damaged. So I repacked the mirror and put in the garage. I did email the online mirror shop.. and i sent photos .They telephone me .what excellent service via a telephone conversation well done 👏. They said that they would come and coĺlect the broken mirror and deliver a new mirror. Which they did.my mirror was delivered yesterday the delivery young man was EXCELLENT. He unpacked the mirror and check it with us. Yes the mirror was perfect.
