It was too expensive for things I didn't even use and it felt like a con.

Because there was step by step instructions of how to take the test nothing felt overwhelming

I have made my theory test booking and i realised i have slightly overpaid but they compensated the amount by providing one more free booking for the next attempt.

Very good that second theory test is free it was very easy to book another one. They were quick at replying to emails and changed the dates of my theory test for me.

SCAMMERS.

Tried to book a DVLA / GOV theory test.
Typed it in Google search.
This company came up.
Thinking it was the DVLA / GOV site, I booked and paid. Only to find out it's NOT THE REAL SITE.
They should state CLEARLY on their landing page that they are a THIRD PARTY.

Extremely poor. £49 is almost double than the usual theory test price and what you receive for paying that premium is a very average learner help course. You can find much better much cheaper elsewhere. Once I realised how poor this company is I quickly applied for a refund via their ridiculous email system. It has been 2 weeks now and, apart from an initial first response telling me my refund is being processed, I have not received such refund, and my follow up email asking where this money is did not receive a reply. Extremely unhelpful.

My experience during theory text and hazard test, I failed both either two or three questions and answers which I guess not include in your website during my theory test practicing days, was surprises because during my mock practice I scored 90 to 95% why am I not making it in my real theory test, I guess maybe some omit questions which we did not undergo through during our practice days that appears to the real theory test makes it difficult, I suggest the need to remove it from your website or to add it to your theory test practice in order to help people to pass theory test
MY SUGGESTION
1. Kindly look into cutting pass marks to 40 questions and answers
2. Kindly consider to credit one test when someone fail one among the two test so that in future that pass will also count to her theory test rewrite
