Shopped online. Product arrived well
Packed in good condition. The product was 49.95 and free delivery is €50 so it would be handy if they could increase the price by 5c so I don’t have to spent 20 mins looking for something cheap to add to the online shop to avoid paying €7 delivery charge.

Bought a pair of lightweight hiking boots online after reading the reviews, the service was excellent and delivery was within a few days, on the whole a great service and I will definitely use it again plus the boots were on sale and value for money!

Tall order
The service is excellent & prompt. My only issue is that the pants, S687, has too much material in the legs. Bigger waist doesn't always mean fat butt & fat legs too. Otherwise it's made with very good, comfortable material & plenty of pockets. Just a note for the manufacturer, an extra option for large waist with thinner legs & butt area would be great. I enquired if I could get it altered, but it would cost more than the pants itself. That was the end of that. Thank you 😊

I had ordered two Aladdin water bottles…
I had ordered two Aladdin water bottles in clear colour but was sent two with a flower pattern on, lovely bottles but rejected by my two teenage sons. Fortunately I was able to return them to our local store in Galway but I'm down approx six euros postage which I paid for nothing, should have been refunded by portwest as they sent me something I hadn't ordered.
