Has anyone else had problems with items being canceled with no communication from the paper store online? Has anyone else had issues with not being refundef for items NOT received? I'm having such a hard time, and have had zero response to my emails. I've ordered several years in a row and this is the first year I am just disgusted with the online shopping. Did anyone experience the same this year?

Useless website

I looked online for the Vera Bradley bags on sale . Tried unsuccessfully to get more information. Went to my local store which had very low inventory. I was told to go back to the website. I still cannot get the information I need. It’s a very simple question…what are the dimensions of the small tote bags. I’ve been doing this for 2 hours. This is not the first time that I’ve had trouble with your website, but it’s the last. I’m so done.

Bravo gift store

My favorite gift place to shop. So glad we have this store near by in Florida. They have such beautiful inventory and their most friendly and helpful staff. I know they will always help me find the perfect gift or card. They are so patient.

This Saugus MA location of the Paper…

This Saugus MA location of the Paper Store is very special. We were greeted at the door by a friendly welcome. All the staff seem to be having so much fun in serving the customers including us not just today but every time we have stopped by to purchase some special gift items for loved ones. Clerk 23141 served us today, she also was very kind and friendly. We want to continue to come back her and highly recommend this place for a unique special gift for that special loved ones. God knows about giving gifts too! He sent his precious son Jesus the gift of eternal life to die for your sins on the cross. If you believe in him you will not perish. John 3:16

Ms. Darlen, Ms. Jordan are Outstanding Hallmark retailers

This happened on November 16th 2023 between 18:00 to 18:45 PM eastern . It is a Thursday- people who were working did a phenomenal job -first to give the directions- very polite, pleasant and good communication, what i was looking for ThanksGiving card- they made it possible in no time- like packet of them -they got it nice...Only i used to be HallMark member for many years -not sure what happened to that- they are retailers ...we can see that later... According to Jordan who was nice, people who might have worked on that day could be Ms. Darlene and Ms. Fransci- they do not have a registry to check the dates or time people worked in the roster i believe- or she may not have access to sure- All good . Plese ensure to pass on to the management. Please let me know where else i can post it. Thanks

They refused to return my item because…

They refused to return my item because it was 4 days past. Item not used, not seasonal, ticket attached, with receipt and still in stock. When I asked if I could return without the receipt the cashier stated it would still know the date I bought it when they entered my info. Ridiculous and not good customer service. I emailed customer service department but no resolve there. They’ve lost a good customer over an $8.99 item.

I received a Comfy (Quarter Zip) from The Paper Store which differed in both the thickness of the fabric and sherpa lining from the same identical item I recently purchased from another merchant. In addition, The Paper Store immediately removed my honest and dignified customer review specific to the questionable authenticity of this product. Shame on The Paper Store for their failure to ensure consumers are recipients of authentic Comfy inventory! Buyers Beware!

Terrible company, don’t waste your time

Their inventory is always off when you look online, then go there and it’s not in stock. They told me last time it’s because the inventory goes in their system when it’s shipped to them before it even gets to the store. That is ridiculous. Returns are almost impossible, I will never shop there again, wish I could give them a negative star.

Wrong item shipped and no satisfaction

I ordered a Sweatshirt to be shipped to my nephew for Christmas on 12/5. When it shipped my sister in law was looking for a Patriots Sweatshirt. I spoke to customer service and found the package had been delivered. When she located the package she found a girls glass water bottle and thought it was a gift for my niece. Now the sweatshirt is sold out and the most they will offer me is if the sweatshirt comes back in stock they will honor the 40% for the coupon that I used!!! Are they serious I have no gift for my nephew 3 days before Christmas except the gift card I sent him and they are willing to allow me to use the coupon I already used due to their error in shipping the wrong item!!! I could understand if they sent a Patriots water bottle!!! I am so disappointed in the service I have receive and the non-offer to make amends for their error. I shop there often and will definitely rethink shopping there again.

So…Disorganized!

I keep receiving emails that state that they have fashion masks in stock but, even when I go on their site immediately they're not in Stock. When I called during business hours they allowed me to receive a callback instead of waiting on hold. I received a call back 2 1/2 hours later that stated that there was no one to take my call & then they hung up. I realize there's a pandemic but, other sites of this size don't seem to be this disorganized. I'm unsubscribin.

Horrible experience at the paper store…

Horrible experience at the paper store where an employee was blatantly rude to me. I simply asked to use the bathroom as I had been shopping with my elderly mom. The cashier allowed me to use their restroom and as I was opening the door to the bathroom another employee looked at me with a harsh facial expression and in a harsh tone asked me "what do you think you are doing?" She looked at me with such disgust I didn't know what to do and she blocked the exit so I couldn't get out. I never felt so bad for asking to use the bathroom before. I tried to get away from her and had to force my way out after she realized the cashier had said it was ok but at that point she made me feel so horrible I just had to leave that store. I feel this was rude intimidating snobby and discriminatory. I have never had a good experience at this store and find they are generally not welcoming at the paper store. I wouldn't recommend shopping there. They only care about sales and not valuing or taking care of customers.
