The Only Part of Newark Airport That Doesn’t Raise My Blood Pressure

Flying out of Newark usually feels like participating in a government-sponsored escape room. The Parking Spot valet service, however, is the one part of the experience that actually makes sense.

I pull in, hand over my keys, and suddenly feel like a minor celebrity—even though I’m wearing sweatpants and dragging a suitcase that sounds like a shopping cart with a bad wheel. The staff is always friendly, the shuttle gets me to the airport quickly, and when I return exhausted, dehydrated, and questioning every decision that led me to air travel, my car is ready.

No wandering through a giant parking lot pressing the panic button. No trying to remember whether I parked in Section 14B or another ZIP code. No family arguments while dragging luggage through traffic. Just hand them the ticket, collect the car, and escape Newark before it realizes you’re still there.

The valet service is convenient, reliable, and worth every penny. If The Parking Spot could also valet me through TSA and place me directly into a first-class seat, I would give them six stars.

It is easy to book online and the parking lot is usually clean and safe. I find this service to be very convenient when I travel and cheaper than using a ride share service.

They are fast and efficient and we have used them many times. So far all the driver's have been awesome and really helpful with getting your luggage to and from your car/curb at airport. They have a great rewards program that allows you to earn free parking and have several convenient locations around Sky Harbor (and other airports throughout the US).

So easy to park and get dropped off at airport. Van drivers always pleasant and helpful. Easy no touch check in and out.

It's easy, convenient, safe, and affordable. Staff are helpful and always friendly.

Location to BWI is close. The ease to get in and out of the with or without pre-paid parking, but the pre-paid is quick and convenient being able to save the barcode in your Apple wallet. Spacious parking spaces and the shuttle picks you up at your vehicle.

There is so much to like about the ParkingSpot West!! 1 - Getting reservations is so easy...just plan in advance and I strongly recommend Premium Parking 2 - In the event you are in need last minute, I have had luck there as well 3 - The drivers are absolutely awesome. Always cheerful, have great advice and when I was running a bit tight on time, they had great ideas to trim down a few minutes 4 - Have you ever tried to park in the airport garages? IYKYK!!! Pay for ease of mind and convenience 5 - Everything is so easy, scan your barcode, get your parking spot, a few minutes later the shuttle is there AT YOUR CAR!!! and when you leave...there is water at the exit...cmon!!! I will never park any other way as long as I live in this part of Texas

What differentiates an organization is how they treat their customers and the efforts they make in doing things right and fair. TPS is one of them. When i had an issue with my final bill, Ana and Dan reached out to me and made it right. They may be a pit pricier but their service make up for it. Recommended !

Love how quickly I can pull in and get parked. I've left my car here three times, 4-5 days each stay, without any issues. The drivers are always courteous, and the shuttle wait — both to the airport and back to my car — is short and reliable.

fake name but real review. Everything: 7/15 - 7/22/26 Ease of Use, pickup and ride to Airport was great. On return arrival a bus was already waiting when we walked out the door at the instructed location. The driver had to deal with airport traffic and we were relaxed. Driver assisted with loading and unloading of bags. Well worth it. I've used "The Parking Spot" -west twice and another service once. The other service had a trailer in a gravel lot. 18 wheelers could turn around in the space but they increased the price on arrival stating my vehicle was too large a truck. There was nothing stated prior to our arrival, it was pure greed and we were taken advantage of due to short time span available. A 2011 Nissan Frontier is not a large truck. I attempted to report to the BWI Airport via web and email. No response.

Love the close proximity to the airport, the professional and safe shuttle to the airport and back, and convenience of covered parking.
