We had an awesome experience with this airport parking shuttle! The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We accidentally left items in our car both on our departure and on our return, and they quickly helped us access our vehicle each time without any hassle. The shuttle was prompt, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

hot day, terminal under construction, driver made every effort to get as many of us to our cars and called for backup when the bus was full.

Appreciated the extremely polite and hard working drivers. Our pickup and drop-off wait times were both below 10 mins. My only suggestion is that prices should decrease if staying more than 3 days. Will use this service again if the prices get better.

The drivers were friendly, professional, and right on time. There was no waiting when we arrived. As soon as we parked, we were taken straight to the airport. When we returned, pickup was just as quick, which made the end of a long travel day much easier.

One small detail really stood out. As we were leaving, the attendant made sure every passenger in the shuttle received a complimentary cold bottle of water. It's such a simple gesture, but after a long day of traveling, it was greatly appreciated and made the experience feel even more welcoming.

We always have a great experience with Parking Spot 2. The drivers are always friendly and helpful with my large luggage. I always feel comfortable leaving my car parked for several days at the Parking Spot parking lot. I have been parking there for years with no incidences.

Bad part is if you are coming into terminal f at PHL, VANS ARE SOMETIMES FILLED. We waited for the third bus.

Transport bus was there immediately after I parked on site, good service to and from airport.

Parking here is actually quicker than parking at the airport. The shuttle follows you to your parking place and picks you & your luggage up.
Upon returning to airport the shuttle spot is handy & easy, and delivered directly to your vehicle.

I appreciated the pricing - it was more affordable than me taking an Uber to and from the airport. I also liked the app and the ease and convenience of having everything at my fingertips. Lastly, everything ran smoothly from the shuttles picking us up quickly, to them being ready when we returned, to the no cost reservation extension when my plane was delayed on the return home.

Great service. Did not need to wait for pick up. As soon as I parked the car, the shuttle bus was right there to take us to the airport. When we landed, there was a bus there. The driver kindly got out of the bus and let us know that he was full and another bus was 2 min away :).. We did not need to sit on the bus and wait for a long time, probably 2 minutes and then we were off to our car - only people on the shuttle !!
