I came in to buy my two favourite perfumes and Aliya (sorry if i spelt your name wrong) helped me and provided the best offers as well as lovely samples which i will definitely be purchasing as full size bottles next time. Her customer service was amazing and I appreciate her help x

I visited the Birmingham Fort shop today with a budget in mind and was assisted by Teni. She was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products. She also let me test different perfumes, which really helped me find the perfect one. Thanks to her help, I came away extremely pleased with my purchase. Every store should have a Teni — she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free!

I was served by Nakeeb. He was absolutely amazing, so friendly and so helpful. Every time I have ever came here, its been quick, short customer interaction even when there isn’t a queue. However, Nakeeb really helped me and the lady helped my mom a lot. So, thank you both!!

Had the best experience today with Olivia at the Fort. We could have been quite difficult customers as we were unsure what we wanted, but she was patient, allowed us to try lots of different fragrances until we got to the one that we were looking for and applied a discount which made it value for money. Great experience and a really amazing person with great customer service so thankyou!

You can improve by giving your customers samples when they purchase a perfume instead of the staff hoarding them all for themselves
