Excellent experience
Barbara in the Bluewater store was very helpful and knowledgeable - explaining different scent profiles, from initial spray to mid and dry down changes. I explained the fragrances I liked and she recommended alternatives at different price points and even offered a blind test to ensure I picked the fragrances I liked without being persuaded by the brand. Highly recommend a visit to the store.

She is a credit to the UK's customer service industry, which I feel has slipped somewhat in recent years in some places

For how long will you investigate on…
For how long will you investigate on this issue? This shows that many of your staffs are very dishonest. How could one of your staffs from your store at Bluewater stated "Collected at store" WITHOUT ANY COLLECTION OF SUCH ORDER, after you have stated in an email that you will keep it till certain date? Don't you have the staff's log-in details? Don't you have cameras, are your system not updated? Are there no date and time to the collection? This is an act of extortion to me. Could you please do your investigation thoroughly and refund me ASAP. If you ciuld read through your review, I commented my collection which was with one of your staffs and I commented how smooth and lovely it was. I did not know that the same order was placed twice and I am a busy person who won't go through my email often. I NEVER PATRONISE THE PERFUME AGAIN for this LACK OF INTEGRITY AMONG YOUR STAFFS & YOUR COMPANY.

I completely understand why you are so frustrated and concerned, particularly when you have been charged for two orders but have been clear that you only collected one. I appreciate that seeing the second order recorded as collected when you are disputing this would naturally cause you further concern, and I am sorry that you have been left waiting for a clear answer.
Please be assured that I am personally escalating this internally and taking ownership of following this through for you. I have contacted the relevant store team again and requested that the circumstances surrounding both orders are fully checked so that we can establish exactly what has happened with the second order.
I want to reassure you that your concerns are being taken seriously. My priority is to establish the facts and ensure that, if the second order was not collected as you have advised, we can provide you with the appropriate resolution.
I appreciate that you have already been waiting for this to be investigated and that having to continue chasing us only adds to your frustration. I will personally follow this up and, as soon as I receive the information required from the store, I will contact you directly via email with an update.
I sincerely apologise for the worry and inconvenience this situation has caused. I want to get this resolved properly for you and will continue to follow it through until we have a clear outcome.

I picked up ONE ORDER NOT TWO, Why lied that I picked another order?
Hi,
I have just realised that your company charged me for two different orders while I only picked one order which I received on 28th of July 2026. I did not realised that the 1st order I made went through on your website due to technical issues and I later ordered same items on your app. I am a busy person who does not always check my email, not until yesterday 18th of August 2026 that I realised that I was reminded on the 31st of July to pick the 2nd order up, which i did not pick at all. The order was for my husband's birthday on the 29th of July, there is no way I will order same thing as a gift. But to my greatest disappointment, you stated on the app that received at store! That was a great lie. Kindly look into this ASAP. I DO NOT LIKE PATRONISING ANY COMPANY WITH UNFAITHFUL STAFFS OR ANY ANNOYING ERROR LIKE THIS.
Kindly find the attached documents and refund me ASAP.
