The Assistant in the shop was very helpful and arranged for the perfume I wanted to be delivered to my home address in a larger size than stocked in the shop. The delivery worked very well via Royal Mail and only took a few days.

What a fabulous visit my sister & I had.
We popped into the Brighton branch, where it was busy, due to your amazing offer 'buy one get one half price'.
We were assisted by Siàn...after she finish wrapping a gift for another customer...(excellent wrapping skills, i must say)such a lovely young lady. Confident, knowledgeable, chatty & very helpful.
Siàn is a total asset to you're company & she made our trip to the perfume shop in Brighton Churchill square, a pleasure. Well done Siàn.

Outstanding customer service
I went to buy a gift for my friend, Sian (hope I have spelt it right), kindly put the absolute effort and time with patience to run me through couple of options that would be most similar to what I was looking for. She is a STAR. As I was undecided between two options she offered to give me a tester sample of the other option so I would have of the both choice with paying for only one. Mel also was very helpful and kind, making this one of my best shopping experiences. They deserve a raise!
