Easy, pleasant interaction
I went in to exchange some cologne I bought 2 days ago and was served by Karen. She was polite, pleasant and accommodating. She was eager to help, and did so effectively. Very professional, with a friendly touch.

Karen, Ayan, Natalie are the besttt, took their time with my picky self to test multiple fragrances until coming to a mutual decision. Perfume shop Brixton main road!

Natalie was very attentive and helpful…
Natalie was very attentive and helpful when me and my daughter came into the store today. I was looking to buy black opium but wasn't too keen on the smell. By the way, Natalie asked whether I wanted it sprayed on my skin or the card, something I've never been asked before, and I chose the second option.
My daughter recommended La Vie Belle and Natalie recommended Lancome, both of which I really liked. The 100ml Lancome wasn't in stock and Natalie said she could order it. She also suggested I buy the gift box which contains the 100ml, mascara, cream and a smaller perfume vial that can fit in a handbag. She also advised me not to throw away the bottles once finished as I can come and get them refilled. If all the times I've shopped here I've never been told this or in fact been treated with such kind and caring service.
Natalie went above and beyond. I trust that her manager recognises this as a reason to give her an incentive as she's a valued asset of their team.
