All 5 stars go to a fantastic woman, Lin, who sold me an Armani gift set today in Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries shop. She was very helpful and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for! She was incredibly friendly and has an amazing sense of humour. I wish all sales assistants in perfume shops were like her. Thank you very much again!

Christmas Shopping.…
I feel obliged to tell you about the service I received while visiting your Buchanan Galleries branch, The Perfume Shop. We walked in looking for family fragrances, and Dianne your manageress at this branch was second to none. While looking for fragrances, Dianne was exceptional, professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Dianne’s patience and help with all our requests was so gratifying at a time it is so busy. Dianne would take her time, and attend to us, while we were choosing all our fragrances, while still looking after the premises. Myself and wife would like to thank you ( Dianne), very much, for making our visit so very welcoming. Back soon. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Ella
Ella provided outstanding customer service by helping me select aftershaves and perfume for my husband and niece. Articulate and friendly with great product knowledge and clear communication regarding promotions and wrapping options it made the experience pleasant during the festive mayhem!

I went into the perfume shop with my Gran to pick up Christmas presents. Lynn was exceptionally helpful and very friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for and for the best prices. Highly recommend! 👍
