Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Fantastic collection, great service by Tanvir
Fantastic perfume shop with a great collection of fragrances to choose from. They had testers available for every perfume I wanted to try, which made it so much easier to find the right one. The customer service was excellent—Tanvir was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient, taking the time to answer my questions without any pressure. Overall, a great shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at The Perfume Shop, thanks to Adam and Sonia.
Adam was outstanding—knowledgeable, quick-thinking, incredibly patient, and
genuinely dedicated to helping us find exactly what we were looking for. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable.
Sonia was also incredibly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to assist us, and together they made a fantastic team.
