Had the best experience today, I can’t thank Taz enough (I hope I have the correct name now) - she was incredible in the Cardiff store. I had an amazing experience at the perfume shop in St David’s Cardiff thanks to Aaliya. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the fragrances. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and recommended the perfect scents without being pushy at all.
Her customer service was genuinely outstanding — friendly, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate about helping customers have a great experience. I left feeling valued and absolutely delighted with my purchase.
Aaliya is a real credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for excellent service and expert fragrance advice!
