Gee whizz! Talk about customer service... Jackie in Cumbernauld was OUTSTANDING today. Nothing was too much trouble. I had no idea what I wanted to buy my partner. Jackie went out of her way to talk through the various scents till I settled on the ONE! And to top it off made the 'last minute gift' look so special with personalised ribbon! Just beautiful! Great experience
Stopped by to pick up a gift for a friend’s birthday and Leeanne was super helpful. She took on board my budget and was able to make relevant recommendations, then kept me informed on all offers and I was also able to pick up a wee something for myself!
