I was looking for a perfume for my wife…
I was looking for a perfume for my wife as a present for her birthday, I went into the shop and the staff member called Hayley was very helpful, letting me sample as many perfumes as I wanted and giving me advice when I told them what sort of smells my wife liked. I walked out of there with a perfume and the wife loves it. Thanks The Perfume Shop.

APPRECIATION.
I want to take this moment to give my atmost appreciation to your wonderful staff, "Aisha". Who I had the privilege of being served by, on 7/8/25, at 16:54. We can all agree that in 2025, good customer experience is slowly becoming a rare occurrence, and when you walk in an outlet and find that one person who makes a difference, it makes your entire shopping magical. Hence why I felt it appropriate to appreciate this wonderful shopping experience I had today in your outlet.
Not only did Aisha, do her best to see I got the right products, but she went as far as to enrol me to a VIP rewards customer card where she explained how I will earn points, everytime I shop in your outlet. During my purchase, when Aisha noticed I was stuck with options to pick, she politely and confidently gave her honest recommendations to what other customers like, trending perfumes, new arrivals, including her own personal preferences. Which made it so easy for me to pick a couple of perfumes (which were not cheap, but worth the price and the wonderful service offered). Just to add on, I can confidently say after getting home and trying the perfumes, the scent is, 'Oh, HEAVENLY !!!. All thanks to Aisha.
Kindly let her know her assistance was very much appreciated. She made your entire team shine, including my shopping spree.
