The Male server did not make me feel welcome. He kept asking questions even thought I gave him my receipt & shown him my email for collection. He made me feel like the parcel did not belong to me. Another staff member a lady came to the rescue. Staff should make you feel welcome, little smile or enthusiasm goes a long way.

I completely understand how upsetting it must have been to feel as though your collection was being questioned, particularly when you had provided both your receipt and collection email.
While our store teams are required to complete certain checks before handing over a collection, these should always be carried out in a friendly, professional and reassuring way. We would never want a customer to leave one of our stores feeling the way you have described.

Her recommendations were so good that, instead of buying just one perfume, we both ended up buying two! She never made us feel pressured—she simply understood what we liked and suggested fragrances that suited us perfectly. Excellent customer service, and we'll definitely be back.

Brilliant Manager at Edware.
I ordered 2 aftershaves instead of one. I went into my local perfume shop and explained the situation to the manger Ms Rasini. She was fantastic in her response.
