Lottie and emily are amazing. Came in just to have a browse and had the best customer service experience. Had all of our questions answered with patience and amazing recommendations! I will come back to purchase more perfumes from lottie and emily because they are truly lovely people

The great Black Friday discounts, drew me to the Gloucester shop.
The whole experience was friendly and informative. I think the member of staff was Caitlin. She was really patient and helpful. Her colleagues were also great. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. I bought two aftershaves and won't be going anywhere else for aftershave or perfume, now that I've found this shop. A well deserved 5 Stars!!!
