Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Excellent Customer Services from the Male Manager
After some frustrations with my order, the Kingston Perfume Shop Male Manager is excellent with his customer service skills. He is a very good communicator and treated me like a valued customer and gave me a few nice samples for my inconvenience. Also the customer service assistant online gave me 100 points towards my account which was a good gesture as well as my order was immediately dispatched and this time I was constantly kept informed by both the Perfume Shop and the delivery company about the status of my order from dispatch to transit to delivery 🚚. All in All, excellent customer services procedures. RD

I had such a lovely experience at The Perfume Shop in Kingston thanks to Helen. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy.
Her knowledge of the fragrances was amazing, and she made the whole experience feel really personal and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such attentive and friendly customer service these days, and she truly went above and beyond.
