We stock the fragrances of nearly 130 brands including Hugo Boss, Rabanne, Gucci, Ariana Grande, Mugler and Marc Jacobs both online and across our network of 212 nationwide stores. Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. The sales assistant was so helpful … over and above helpful … she helped me to find something similar to what I wanted … and also found from another store what I was looking for … she arranged delivery and it was with me 2 days later …. Fiona was an excellent saleswoman to me, she was so sweet and lovely and cheered up my day. I will definitely be coming back for her. Her excellent customer service skills in assisting me with products to choose from for gifts, she went above and beyond for me and I am extremely satisfied with the service she offered.

Just popped into the new boutique in Lakeside, great selection of niche fragrances. I was particularly impressed with a staff member called Rayan, he has a vast knowledge of fragrances & i could tell he is passionate about what he does. He really is a massive credit to the company. Was so refreshing to talk to a sales assistant who knows what they are talking about. 5/5 experience

Absolutely brilliant! We’re long term customers for at least over 7 years and today’s experience did not disappoint. Corinne aided us with our purchase; we felt cared for and truly listened to. She was patient and overall her service was perfect and professional.
Would definitely recommend as the customer service was on another level and hope to be served by Corinne again!!!
