Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. She was very welcoming and from being an autistic young man, I felt seen and understood whilst we were shopping. Absolute great experience I had.

What a wonderful experience I had today while at the perfume shop..Annette is what makes the perfume shop what it is..from the time when she asked was I ok and to explaining what I was looking for..she went out of her way to help me the best way possible and to make sure the gift I had chosen for my sons friend would be the best gift she received..I hope the lady Annette is rewarded for her amazing work as she definitely restored my faith in humanity today. If only all people took a leaf out of Annette's book the world would be a much nicer place...there's not enough stars to recommend the perfume shop and its staff
