i usually love shopping here, there is a good range of perfumes. A young girl helped me at first.i asked to look around because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She said to take my time. As soon as she left the taller black haired younger boy came straight over to me to ask if I wanted help the girl was only gone a few second. he seemed eager to eager to make a sale and came across almost condescending in the way he was taking to me.and I chose not to buy because of it but will be back another day to the girl that originally helped hopefully there will be a discount that day too. the other staff smiled and said hello which I appreciated.

I am, however, sorry that your interaction with another member of the team made you feel uncomfortable and ultimately resulted in you deciding not to make a purchase. We want our customers to feel supported while browsing, without ever feeling pressured into making a decision.
While I’m sure the intention was to offer assistance, I completely appreciate that the approach and communication you experienced did not come across in that way. Our teams should always recognise when a customer would prefer some time and space to browse at their own pace.
