This time it wasn’t me coming in it was my mum. She paid for two angel refill travellos (£16.98) and both were given completely empty. They were fully seeled aswell so it just felt like someone lazily tossed two bottles in a bag and gave it to her. I have always talked very highly of this shop so this is very shocking and disappointing.

If you have not already done so, please return to the store where the purchase was made so the team can look into this for you and provide the appropriate support.

Emily went above and beyond to help
Came in today (6th June) looking for a aftershave for my boyfriend. I knew the smell but didn’t know the name or what it looked like so I was struggling trying to figure it out!
I was served by a girl called Emily, honestly one of the nicest interactions iv ever had in any store! She was so so helpful and honestly so lovely. She helped me out so much and let me smell a lot of aftershave to try and figure it out and we eventually did!
Emily also went above and beyond when my 6 year old daughter accidentally sprayed perfume in her eye when trying to smell a tester🫠Couldn’t thank her enough. So shout out to Emily because she is a 10* member of the team at this store.
