Hands down to Cody - a lovely young lady who knows how to talk to a customer - even though I was browsing she was kind enough to inform me of the 15% discount when giving an empty bottle to the store. I’ve been recently to the store and was oblivious to the box - even though it was staring me in the face! Just goes to show how important conversing is!

Honestly wish I could give more than 5* to these lovely ladies! Went in today to buy a perfume, and was served by Cody. She was so chatty, friendly and helpful, even gave me a free gift with my purchase! Then after I left, I received both a Facebook message and an email from Cody and her colleague Kaitlyn, letting me know that I had left my bank card in the store. I didn’t even realise, but they went completely above and beyond to make contact with me and return it! I am honestly so grateful to you girls, I’m going on holiday next week and would have had a complete nightmare without it. So to Cody, Kaitlyn, and the other lovely blonde girl behind the counter - THANK YOU! You saved me a whole world of headache. So glad I came to your store, instead of any of the others in Luton Mall. I can’t imagine that anybody else would have gone to all of that trouble to return my card to me!

Amazing staff member
There’s 1 staff member who is always so kind and chatty with me every time I come in store. I’m sure her name is Cody. She always compliments me, makes me feel nice about myself. Bonus points to her for caring about the customers.

Best customer service ever
I visited the shop in Luton on Wednesday 2nd April 2025. When I arrived I was welcomed in kindly. There was this one lovely lady called Cody; who did everything to help me pick the perfect perfume for my mum. I was very nervous as I struggle with anxiety. But she put me at ease and I’ve never felt so comfortable speaking to a stranger. I want to thank her for all her hard work. She was amazing.

Employees being rude and horrible customer service
I came into the perfume shop in Luton today at 14:30, I came here before and received excellent service from one of the workers, came back today to create a new purchase, however the second I came in the energy was off, two employees gossiping, giving dirty, rude glares at myself and another man browsing through the store, after the man who was waiting along side me left as he didn’t want to wait any longer, I continued to wait, the boy who was attending the store just stood there, didn’t ask me whatsoever if there was anything I was interested in, didn’t serve me and stood there and gave me dirty looks, this is unacceptable customer service, you work in a place where you are meant to serve customers and be polite and not stand there and gossip and give dirty glares, that is not what you are getting paid to do.
I will return to the perfume shop, however if I do see that employee I will simply leave and go to the fragrance shop like I had to do today. BIG BIG MISTAKE AS I ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO MAKE A BIG PURCHASE WITH MULTIPLE PRODUCTS.

I was greeted by Alicia and I must say she helped me a lot! She knew how to navigate me through buying the perfect perfume for me whilst working on a budget. 10/10 customer service. I would most definitely recommend being served by her.

Amazing experience
Just now I had an amazing experience in the perfume shop in Luton and that is thanks to Cody. She was amazing. Helped me choose nice perfumes for presents, packed them so lovely with little bow and perfume spay on the paper. The little things made it so much more special. She was so sweet and nice and lovely and overall a great experience.

I paid for a personalised ribbon and didn’t realise I had to pay for wrapping paper- I emailed straight after order to add wrapping paper - I was sent a perfume with a ribbon on it and no wrapping paper which looked so stupid!!
