The heat in this store is no joke
The heat in this store is no joke. The staff looked unwell and not being able to cope in this heat with the aircon not working. They had fans running infront of them and were sweating.

Ordered perfumes for click and collect and unavailable to collect at allocated time due to staff shortage however Anna was amazing help and accommodating with cancellation and alternative products… management take note and fix this issue as it’s not fair promising a time and not delivering and then leaving staff to deal with unhappy customers !

I found my wedding scent!
I went into the store today to try and find a wedding scent. I was served by a lovely girl named Elise. I told her I knew nothing about perfumes but all I knew was that I loved coconut and vanilla. Elise showed me quite a few perfumes that were lovely but the first one was the one I loved the most, she fully understood what I was talking about and it honestly made me so happy. I bought that perfume on the spot even though I wasn't intending to buy one yet but I loved it so much and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! Thank you so much Elise! X

I was after a Mother’s Day gift and Grace was more than happy to help! She really is a good asset to the store and provided amazing customer service and helped a lot!
