Nicola was very kind and pleasant. I asked to buy a gift set and then asked for a ribbon and she put all her effort and heart into the bag ribbon and did it with high standards. Her manners was amazing her customer service was excellent 5* best assistant I’ve met in Newcastle. We come all the time she had all smiles. She deserves a reward.

Went in looking for gifts for upcoming birthdays not knowing what I wanted , I was greeted by Vicki who was more than happy to help me and take me through multiple recommendations! She explained there was a staggered discount offer on which was perfect because I wanted a few items. I can’t thank her enough for the time and effort she gave me in helping find my perfect gifts. Thank you so so much ! Service with a smile is always a bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Went into store on Monday looking for a new fragrance for myself , a young lady Vicki approached me to help me find what I was looking for . Had a lovely experience with Ava who helped me pick out the perfect perfume for my mum. She was very patient with me, giving me lots of suggestions and advice based on previous perfumes my mum has liked. She went through them all with me, was super friendly and made me feel looked after and welcome! My mum loves the perfume we picked out for her!! Thank you so much Ava!
