I am sincerely sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with your experience and completely understand your concern, particularly while you are still waiting for your money to be returned.
Having looked into this for you, I can see that our team made you aware that unfortunately the delivery address provided on the order could not be recognised by the courier. As a result, the parcel could not be successfully delivered and is now being returned back to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend delivery details once an order has been placed due to our automated fulfilment process. Once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse, the return will need to be processed. We advise allowing up to 14 working days for this process, however, please be assured that this is a guideline and your return may be processed sooner. Once completed, your refund will be progressed accordingly.
I completely appreciate that waiting for the parcel to make its way back to us before the refund can be completed is frustrating. Please be assured that we are here to support you throughout the process and want to ensure this is resolved for you as soon as we are able to do so.
Please accept my sincere apologies again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding while the parcel is returned and processed.

I went in to the perfume shop looking fragrance for my partner
I went in to the perfume shop looking to buy my partner a fragrance for his birthday. Monica and Kyle where both working and they both where giving me recommendations of what they liked. They both were extremely helpful and helped me pick out a Jean Paul Gaultier fragrance. I had it wrapped up with a ribbon and it was a great success because my partner loved the scent. Lovely experience with them both would definitely be back

Perfect experience
It was so easy to order the perfume I wanted in the shop. And when it arrived I asked if it could be wrapped. I loved being able to choose the text for the ribbon and have it wrapped there and then.
The staff were amazing and really helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I bought some gifts yesterday and Debbie looked after me in the buttercrane branch in newry. The shop was extremely busy but Debbie took her time and made sure I was treated like royalty.

After shopping in the newry buttercrane store today, sales assistant Athena was very helpful and overall made my shopping experience excellent! Overall all the staff was very friendly!!
