Hello Sujith,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sincerely sorry to hear that your order did not arrive as you expected, particularly as you had requested gift wrapping and a gift bag.
I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the items without the presentation you had asked for, and to also feel that they had not been packed securely within the parcel. This is not the standard of presentation we would expect.
Please kindly reach out to our Customer Services team via the Contact Us section on our website and provide 3 or more clear images showing the packaging, the condition the items arrived in, and what was received. This will allow our team to review what has happened and work towards the appropriate resolution for you.
I’m sincerely sorry again for the disappointment caused.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
