Amazing Service & Fragrance Knowledge from Emma!

Fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Nottingham. A special mention to Emma, whose knowledge of fragrances was incredible and who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout.
They had exactly what I needed in stock, and Emma also sorted out an issue with my gift card quickly and easily.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this store — Emma is a real asset to the company!
5 stars — I’ll definitely be returning!

Suspicious to Fake Valentino Product& Poor customer service
I have purchase VALENTINO BORN IN ROMA UOMO INTENSE EAU DE PARFUM SPRAY 50ML from Victoria shopping center Nottingham. After using a few days the spray assembly is came loose so I could unscrew it to see the pinky liquid. The (sprayer) should be firmly crimped onto the bottle. Plus the plastic can want magnetic as I owed same perfume few years back , so all these facts game me a legitimate reason to feel it could have been a fake product.
When I took perfume to the shop the shop sales person made me wait till she served all the potential buyers even those who came after me , she made me wait further more when I asked for a refund , she didn’t even apologise. Overall she made me feel unnecessary humiliating.
Will not be buying from them anymore

Please be assured that all fragrances sold by The Perfume Shop are 100% genuine and are sourced directly from the brand or authorised UK distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, imitation or grey-market products under any circumstances.
Having looked into your concerns, whilst I appreciate why the loose spray assembly and your previous experience with the product led you to question its authenticity, manufacturers can make changes to packaging and components over time, including caps, bottle fittings and magnetic closures, without changing the authenticity of the product.
I am also sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed by your experience in store. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
If you still have the fragrance, our Customer Services team would be happy to arrange for it to be returned to our warehouse for inspection. Our trained quality team can assess the product and compare it directly against other genuine supplier stock to confirm it meets the manufacturer's specification.
