Found it very difficult to place order online. Site would not accept my credit card. I changed the delivery address but somehow the delivery was made to my billing address.
I normally shop in Omagh store but couldn't on this occasion. Omagh store is always a good experience with staff very helpful.

I went to the store in Omagh, Ireland and Sian was a huge blessing. She is so knowledgeable about the different perfumes. Her customer service was impeccable, she made me feel as if I was at home with family. It was probably the best experience I have had in a very long time, definitely pre Covid. Thank you! Next time I'm in Omagh, Ireland, I'll go buy more perfume at this store!

Sian is absolutely brilliant! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the various fragrances I was keen on. She recommended new ones tailored to my preferences and had fantastic layering tips. She even assisted my friends in finding scents they would love. Overall, it was a superb experience with excellent offers. Sian was outstanding and genuinely made my friends and me want to return and purchase more.
