Extremely friendly staff
The staff were very friendly. Ramona in particular was very friendly, courteous and professional. I asked quite a few questions about promotions and deals and she found me the best deal based on the fragrance I wanted. I will definitely go back there again and I am sure I will experience the excellent customer service again. Keep up the great work.

Great service from fantastic Ramona at the reading store. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend speaking to her for perfume advice, just to add I think this lady should be valued and appreciated, even bonus or some form of recognition, she was amazing.
