The Perfume Shop - Redditch 97 Opiniões

Sienna was incredibly helpful and made sure we got the best deal.

Matt was lovely and helpful, helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!

The girls are great in there. Sienna and Bex helped me pick a birthday gift for my girlfriend. They wrapped it all up nicely and even gave me some samples of what I bought, so she could try it before opening. Would recommend this store any day of the week!

The staff here were amazing and helped us purchase nearly all our Xmas presents. We would definitely recommend going there

What can I say other than what a fantastic store to shop in. Bex and Matt had amazing knowledge of the perfumes and aftershaves and could recommend fragrances on what other aftershaves I had.
I would highly recommend to anyone…
Great prices too.

Excellent customer service from staff in Redditch.

The assistant was very helpful and ordered a home delivery of an aftershave not in stock

Sienna was brilliant with my daughter thank you very much

Helpful staff
The shop assistant in Redditch was really helpful and efficient - I did not know I could order perfume in store and get it delivered for free and he was very helpful.

Staff were so lovely and really helpful when I trying to find a new perfume for a 21st birthday x

Upon entering the shop we were greeted by both staff. (Bex and Sienna). Both offering excellent customer service. Answered all our questions and helped us choose what we needed for our upcoming wedding day. Bex was very knowledgeable and offered heart felt service which needs to be applauded. Bex took the time to explain and go into detail with every fragrance we looked at and pointed us to exactly what we needed. Due to this customer care experience from both these ladies that’s where we will be visiting every time we need to purchase our fragrances. A credit to your company. Thanks again Bex and Sienna.

Really helpful and knowledgable staff always on hand to ensure I find a perfume right for me. Shopping experience a pleasure as always

The staff in redditch were very nice and helpful suggested many nice perfumes to try and the 20% off over £60 was so good! However, the staff have to treck it all the way down to the room where the perfumes are, get them a closer storage room! Matt and Bex were so helpful!!
