This is my only perfume shop that meets my needs and wants, and impulses whenever I need to give myself a treat. 😁😆🥰
Today, Diane was very helpful, and quite patient with me. I am a happy bunny, getting good deals and a couple of freebies for the couple of hundred quid purchase. This is why I come here, you dont get good discounts like this everywhere. The Stratford shopping centre is the best. They have time, space and patient. Thank you for your attention. 💖💐💓❤️

Every time i come into the store and am served by Zubair I am met with exceptional service, its gotten to the point where I'll only go in to by something if I see him in there working.
The way he talks to the customers he's serving and even how politely he measures people waiting that he'll be right with them is nothing short of perfect.

Shaz- Stratford shopping centre
I had such a wonderful experience at the perfume shop Stratford thanks to Shaz. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her customer service is truly excellent — she was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the fragrances.
Shaz took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. She explained the different scent notes clearly and helped me find a perfume that suited me perfectly. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across someone who delivers such attentive and professional service. Shaz is a real asset to the store, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her. Highly recommend asking for Shaz if you visit!

I had an excellent customer service experience today at The Perfume Shop, Stratford Centre.
Diane was incredibly warm, helpful, and polite throughout the time I spent in the store selecting from the wide variety of options available.
Suffice it to say, I was highly impressed by her sales approach that I nearly bought all the perfumes!
The real game changer was the beautifully and neatly wrapped 🎁 gift for my girl. I’ll definitely be coming back.
