I had such a great experience at The Perfume Shop, and I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Angelina! She was incredibly kind, friendly and patient throughout my visit. She really took the time to understand what kind of fragrances I was looking for and gave me some genuinely helpful recommendations without making me feel rushed or pressured.
Her knowledge of the fragrances was amazing, and her customer service was honestly outstanding. You can tell she really cares about giving customers a great experience, and she made choosing the right fragrance so much easier and more enjoyable.
Thank you so much, Angelina, for being so lovely and helpful! You’re a credit to The Perfume Shop. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you continue doing an amazing job! 🙌🏽❤️

Charlotte was so lovely and friendly, we had a laugh and she helped me find a new perfume for my boyfriend. The shop is nice and open, smiles all round. She explained the rewards card to me, and I’ll definitely be back! Would recommend.

All good, still waiting the refund to be paid
I purchased several items but he to return one of the items around 28 hours ago for a refund, at present this still is not showing as a refund despite me signing and presenting my card to the pdq, now after the holidays I will have to return tj the store and enquire as to where and why the refund hasn’t been paid back into my bank account
