The workers are always lovely and very helpful, they helped me find a perfume for a gift and it was the last one as well. Although for the future if you're asking for the delivery address it would be best to either type it in yourself or be able to write it down instead of having to loudly say it for safety reasons when other people are in the store. Besides that delivery was fast and had no problems.

literally spent three months trying to…
literally spent three months trying to organise the return of a faulty bottle bought at Christmas. The online support is very poor. Constantly closing the case despite it not being resolved. They have now acknowledged that the return was received but has been sitting waiting to be 'scanned' at the warehouse. Over three weeks ago.

Amazing Perfumes and Fast Delivery
The perfume shop is great! There's a staff member named Jennifer and she is really good at recommending perfumes based on the scents | like. I've bought online a few times and it always delivers quickly.
