I visited the store to buy a birthday gift for my mom, but I wasn’t sure what she might like as I only know the perfume she used to wear. Sharon was extremely helpful and recommended some to me. Veena at Walsall store was amazing so…
Veena at Walsall store was amazing so kind and welcoming and didn’t get annoyed at me and my sister in law wanting to pretty much smell the whole range of perfumes she was lovely. We all had a lovely chat with her and even a good laugh. She was so friendly and she helped us find the best scents.

The employee was soo kind
I went to buy my mum a perfume for Mother’s Day and when I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest woman at the counter, Hailey. Going in, I didn’t really know what to get but she did such a good job in helping me select the perfect scent. I only intended to buy one perfume that day but Hailey recommended another scent which I couldn’t refuse. So I purchased both. She was so kind and even helped me sign up for the rewards system.

Wedding Day perfume
What an amazing experience in the Perfume shop (located in Superdrug) we had today.
We went in to purchase my sister’s wedding day perfume. Erica, who served us, was nothing short of incredible. It was so refreshing, lovely customer service and she gave us a little extra to celebrate the special day too. She was a really lovely lady, and when I went to pay, she double checked to see if I had a perfume shop card, which I did! It gave me extra discount, which helped massively. Thank you Erica for such a lovely experience ❤️❤️

The perfume shop in Walsall which is located within the Superdrug is just the best! No infact the ladies behind that counter are the absolute best and we will never use any other store now 🤩 Erika and Veena go above and beyond each and every time to provide excellent service, they are both super friendly and it's been an absolute pleasure getting to know them both on a more personal level now too 😊 they are both an asset to the company and they definitely deserve the praise and 5 star review!
