Absolute angel of a sales lady
Absolute angel of a sales lady, Lisa helped us find a perfect scent and knew the range so well and what to recommend. She helped with her own personal recommendations and what other customers buy too!! And when we landed on the perfect scent, the box was damaged so she offered us a discount but ensured the product inside was untouched. And who doesn’t love a bargain. Lisa you work so hard!!

I had such a lovely experience perfume shopping today! Sarah at the perfume shop was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. I was looking for something sweet and nice, and she totally understood what I meant. Sarah patiently guided me through different options, offering helpful suggestions without ever being pushy. Her knowledge of the perfumes was impressive, and she made the whole process really enjoyable. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and Sarah truly made my day. I left with the perfect scent and a huge smile, all thanks to her!

5 Star service!
Leanne, Lisa, Claire, in fact everyone in the Wolverhampton store are amazing. So friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond with their customer service. I was after a certain perfume which was hard to get hold of, near impossible. Leanne promised if she could get hold of any she would. Two months later, true to her word she did.
Truly amazing! I’m so happy.
