I went into the store looking for a specific scent. Unfortunately the scent was sold out as it was being withdrawn from sales in the UK. The lovely staff (including Gail who served myself) helped me try several scents. She received feedback and offered suggestions to accommodate. Incredibly helpful service, will definitely return.
