Would highly recommend this course, doing it as a cohort created a great sense of community. Having others with different and greater experience provided a fantastic learning opportunity. It was good working through the book and then digging deeper on the calls. Craig and Jenz were excellent teachers with a great ability to bring the content to life.

I joined the cohort in July 2025, things I enjoyed was the amount of content, the handbook to always refer back to and the fact you can ask questions online.

Things I didn’t like: pricing, 2-3 hours of lectures every evening 6:30-9:30pm, loads of coursework and having to wait ages for all questions to be answered before moving onto the next topic of the lecture

I struggled with adhd and it was very difficult to keep my focus. I understand that the lectures were there to ask questions and have other people’s input but I just wanted to get on with it so I watched the shorter content videos instead which helped me out. Then again, I’m more of an introvert and prefer to do things on my own. When I had the courage to ask a question on call I felt shut down

Overall I kinda wish I didn’t do the course as all I got from it was movement testing (which was very helpful) and I wish it went more in depth explaining how to do a programme as it felt like very much a grey area.

Then again, I was already a qualified PT, if I wasn’t and done this course first I would of felt too overwhelmed by the content etc to carry on the option of becoming a PT

This is THE course for anyone starting or enhancing their fitness career.
The instructors are incredible facilitators and truly include every person in the room- online learning can be difficult but truly they have it nailed.
Doing this course changed my life - 1 year on and running my own business felt crazy a year ago and to look at where I have got to is all thanks to them.

The experience was great as it was very relaxed and honest. It allowed me to reflect on what I do well and things I need to improve on.

Great day with PFCA + Sean McInroy on the Program design course. Coaches Jenz and Craig provide a wealth knowledge and offer an excellent amount of advice along with Sean who was fantastic from start to finish, Plenty of nuggets that I will take away from the course and apply to our own facility. Highly recommend for anyone looking to level up as a coach.

I’ve been aware of the PFCA for a long time having followed the team on social media. When I decided to make a career change and complete my PT qualification, I only had them in mind. The L3 CPT course is fully comprehensive and I enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The weekly calls are interactive, thought provoking and the course content flows logically. The team go above and beyond to ensure you’re well looked before, during and after completion. I was lucky enough to land myself a role in a SGPT gym immediately after qualifying (helped by the team), and felt more than equipped stepping on the coaching floor. I couldn’t recommend the PFCA enough. Thank you team!

If you are looking to gain your Personal Training Levels 2 & 3 but are unsure which course to take online, take this one!! I had been looking for a while at all the options online before deciding on the PFCA, the level of detail the course provides is unmatched in my opinion. Learning from quality coaches who actually care about the industry and want to make a difference is so refreshing. The community they are building is a great one to be part of and the ongoing CPD courses help continue your development in the industry. Im just getting started in Fitness and very grateful to the PFCA for showing me the way!

As a young coach having the opportunity to attend the sales masterclass with the PFCA and Gym Owners Network, was such a great experience. To listen and learn from Jenz and to be in a room full of such talented, insightful gym owners was incredible! I was challenged and put out of comfort zone, allowing so much growth (literally within the 5 hours I was there) I left buzzing and ready to apply everything I’d learnt, hungry to be better.

I really look forward to working with the PFCA again to develop as a coach, as there isnt anything close to the service they offer. (Ps the new headquarters are gorg)

I can't recommend PFCA highly enough. They helped connect me with what genuinely feels like my dream job as a Junior Coach at Pineapple in Newcastle, Australia. Growing up, fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but I never thought I could actually pursue a career out of it.

From the very beginning of working with Caroline on what the course looks like to the very last lecture with Craig, this course has been everything I hoped for and more. This is the most practical course I have ever been around in regards to applying the learnings to my future career. It covers all of the necessary theory whilst Craig works extremely hard to ensure the quality of personal trainer leaving the course is extremely high. I truly believe the team provide you with the best opportunity to succeed post certification that any course in the world could and that is coming from someone on the other side of the world!

I attended the 2 Day Coach Development workshop recently at HQ. It was a brilliant couple days of learning with Craig and other attending coaches. I found it a hugely valuable experience with plenty of practical takeaways that will benefit my coaching and career. Highly recommended!

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel very welcome, the day is structured and informational and no stone is left unturned. The amount you learn and the depth in which this is learnt is amazing and exceeded my expectations of the day! The detail of the sessions is great and hearing from like minded individuals and business owners and all learning in the same space makes it feel very intimate and inclusive

Great two days spent deep diving into what coaching is, what it brings to the community and a lot of great feedback and advice from Mass.. brilliant event and more coaches should take the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge through the PCFA

Really insightful and invaluable to be honest!
The way things were explained by Craig and just the open environment created to be vulnerable, ask questions and discuss things without judgement was amazing. Definitely something the fitness space needs more of.

Its given me some great things to think about and how I can adjust my approach moving forwards with programming and coaching for my clients and myself!

Second time up at the headquarters and couldn't recommend enough! This time had the pleasure of taking one of the coach's at my gym too.

The levels of education you're exposed to around coaching are second to none. Will 100% be up there a few more times in 2026.

The course was fantastic! Small group to actually dig into detail and resolve every single individual doubt or interest. Perfect mix of theory and practice. Great and comfortable brand-new location that felt very welcoming.

I had lots of doubts when looking for a PT course. But very quickly into starting with the PFCA it put me at ease that this was the right decision. The level the course is taught at is unbelievable. Craig shows how much the industry means to him and really goes into a depth that no other course is teaching.

This was the most engaging and educational course I have completed in quite some time. Both Jenz and Craig are extremely passionate about the course and this came through in abundance. I got the support when asked and felt like In came away fully equipped to step in to a coaching role. I can't wait to return and complete the FFC course!

I trained with the PFCA because I wanted to become a coach, not just a personal trainer.
I wanted to learn how to think like a coach. How to help clients build awareness, understand themselves better, and create lasting change, not just hand them a list of exercises.
I put off getting a qualification for a long time because a lot of the providers I came across felt surface level. I didn’t want to invest in an average education just to tick a box. The PFCA was the first provider that genuinely challenged the way I thought about coaching, behaviour change, communication, and client care. That’s what made me take the leap, and I haven’t looked back since. If you want to become a better coach, think more deeply, and go beyond the basics, it’s a no brainer.

Great experience at PFCA HQ with Dynamic Shoulders. Great space to learn in and can tell that a lot of care and thought goes into these sessions!
