I used the positive birth company for both my labours and I couldn’t imagine how I would have got through it all without it. I feel so informed of what to expect and guide the birth exactly how I wanted it go as best I could even when unexpected circumstances happened. I used the Freya app the whole time I laboured, I didn’t think it was possible to get myself in the mindset and zone I managed to get in with, but the app really helps. I’d recommend positive birth company to anyone who’s expecting a baby.

Was the best choice I made during my pregnancy! After the course I felt knowledgeable about what was going to happen to my body, empowered and confident in my choices!

I used the Hypnobirthing course in 2019 when I was pregnant with my little girl.
I was so scared when finding out I was pregnant because everyone gives you the horror stories but this course gave me knowledge, skills and made me feel empowered going further into pregnancy and excited about giving birth.
I even went on to recommend this course to three others, we've all read the book and I also purchased the fourth trimester course.

Great course, great company. Really enhanced my birthing experiences and removed fear. A great scientific understanding of the birthing process to help you have a good experience. The Freya app is also wonderful for breathing during birth. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I received the Hypnobirthing pack as a gift from a friend, unfortunately we didn't get through all of the course BUT I absolutely adored and heavily relied on the FREYA app during labour with the positive affirmations on repeat. I've also adored the positive affirmation cards and now gift them to any and all of my pregnant friends haha :D

I did the online course (live in Aus) and highly recommend it! I finished the course feeling so informed and positive. My husband did it with me and also benefited heaps - he was able to help advocate for me in labour when needed and I believe this was because he and I both had a good amount of knowledge obtained from this course. My birth didn’t go exactly to plan (when does it ever!?) but it was still such a positive and happy experience for me. Currently pregnant with my second and genuinely feel excited and prepared for my next birth already! All women need to make time for a course like this and the positive birth stories on the Facebook page help soo much! :)

Positive birth company course was instrumental in my preparation for homebirth. After a rather traumatic first hospital birth I was keen to get myself as prepared as possible for the second one. Thanks to the course I was, above all, able to FEEL confident about my birthing choices. And this meant everything in the end
Also, breathing techniques seriously helped (and are still helping to this day with an occasional frustration ;) )

I wish I would have done the course with my first baby. Unfortunately I didn’t and I was so ill prepared to advocate for me and my baby.
The course gives you all the information that helps you make decisions and explains all about things like induction, labour etc.
To get the most use of it you do need to spend some time going through the course and doing the exercises and practicing the skills. I still use the breathwork in other aspects of life too and it works a treat.

I bang on about PBC to every pregnant friend. You shaped my pregnancy and labour to be incredibly positive.
I had the most beautiful home birth last year with two lovely NHS midwives who supported hypnobirthing and my husband who was sceptical about homebirth until he did the course. It really empowered him to be an amazing birth partner.
As well as the video course there are downloadable packs including birth plan template and packing list.
The best part for us was 'the science' section. This section explains what happens to your body during labour, I felt so informed and remember thinking during labour 'its okay, it's just this part, it'll be over soon'. I honestly can't imagine how different the day would have gone without PBC. Thank you so much

I first used it in 2020 and listened to this course was a beautiful experience making me comfortable that whatever comes ahead with delivery that I will be calm and I will be fine! Its also love to see how this community likes to share their experiences and convey positivity around it. For all first time mums and anyone who typically likes to be in control or get anxious quickly like me might like the knowledge and tools this course provides!

For my vaginal birth in April 2020 I was alone in the hospital (covid restrictions) and the guidance from the PBC helped me keep it all together and successfully deliver my daughter despite her sudden early delivery at 36 weeks. However, I wish they pushed natural home births a little less - I was always scheduled to have a c-section for my twin boys in spring 2024 (due to it being the norm in the country I live in) and it made me feel as though I couldn’t access/make use of any of the content, which I do regret a little.

Recommended to me by word of mouth, so very glad I did the (digital) course, gave me all the confidence and calm I needed to be relaxed and in control of my births; both early inductions. And now I would recommend to anyone!!!

My husband bought the hypnobirthing pack during Covid as I was very anxious about giving birth a second time especially during a time when the hospitals in London wouldn't confirm whether or not partners could attend. I loved everything about it and had a very relaxed and quick birth. Just had my third baby and used the pack again to relax myself before the big event. Would highly recommend! Siobhan is amazing!

This prepared me so well for my first birth that when I called the midwives they didn’t think I was dilated enough to come to the hospital yet because I was too calm during contractions. Then when I got there they said “wow! You have almost no cervix left!” Ha!
With my second birth (twins) everyone who came into the room was amazed at how well I was handling my labor with an induction. I used my BRAIN and felt confident in my decisions even when it wasn’t exactly what I’d dreamed. This course was essential to both my births and the Freya app was amazing too.

My birth experience was everything I didn’t want I was being induced which I really didn’t want. However the hypnobirthing course changed my outlook and birth completely. I re watched the section on induction and how to turn it into an environment you would want and make the best of the situation and my mum(birth partner) did too and followed all the suggestions and it honestly changed my birth and I loved my birth experience in the end! Thank you 🙏🏼
