Total scam unfortunately. and also a very expensive one. You can't even see all the instagram posts, for example when someone invites you for collaboration, it's not even listed in your preview feed. Isn't that actually what the app is for??? That's just crazy how much of a scam this is.

total scam, bait and switch false advertising. they offer a FREE way to repost on ig from a desktop yet once you sign up they switch to, "ACTUALLY YOU NEED TO PAY TO UPGRADE AND USE THAT SERVICE. YEAH we know we got you here advertising that you could repost from a desktop in the free plan but...".How they have so many guillible followers is disgusting. #meta should ban the app and developer for that crap.

🚨🚨 Hello, the app expired last week and since then it is not updating with our account we have paid the app 3 times. I emailed 5 times to get refunded and no one is answering. Thank you to answer our emails urgently we have paid and currently can’t use the app. 🚨🚨

I cancelled and they billed the following year. Also, click on thier buttons on the site to contact them and you go to random pages. In addition, they have no contact phone number. Scam.

Having deleted my account years ago, I have just been charged $160 for a premium subscription that I never signed up for. I've never had a premium subscription! Absolutely disgusting, stay away!

1. You can't add music!
2. They seem to not refund you even if you cancel the subscription immediately after the purchase.
***After 2 weeks I got refunded so I'm giving 3 stars instead on 1***

I would recomemmend this App only if you are not interested in adding music to your pics and reels.

The analytics provided are inaccurate and basic, definitely not worth paying a monthly fee for. Worse, they'll auto renews their service without any notification, and there's no way to remove my credit card information from my profile. Poor user experience and shady to say the least.

I tried to get a refund after purchasing a plan and it took all the money out of my account? is that not illegal????

Initially I thought this app was a scam .. it really doesn’t do what it states so stay clear of purchasing .. it took a while but we ended up getting a refund.

I just wanted a free trial, I didn’t meant to purchase but I got purchase three times for the same app a total of 500 dolars. How can I need three times the same app, this shouldn’t be allowed.

For your info, we had a premium plan in 2020, and a free plan in 2021 and 2022.

They replied to us the first year after being billed incorrect, in 2021. However they never refunded the money even though they said they would. Now, the second year, in 2022, we got charged 150$ again for no reason. After numerous emails to hi @ thepreviewapp . com and support @ previewapp . freshdesk . com we didn't get a single reply from them.

So BEWARE!!!!!!! They charge your creditcard and there's not much you can do about it.

From the functionality, there is nothing this app can offer. ZERO waste of time. You will regret it immediately when you pay for their junk app. Why? There is no one to return your emails. No matter how many times you reach them, there is no one to get back to you at any interval. The worst part is that your credit card keeps getting charged and charged by them every year! By far, this is the worst app and worst customer services ever.

The app on PC totally lacks those core features that you had in mobile app. Firstly, it required premium to use on PC and there is no trial mode. Cannot add multiple Instagram accounts, cannot split images into multiples for planning grids. Auto and schedule post feature has error, asking me to set my account to business even though I did. I believe creator accounts should be able to do schedule post. I might think your mobile app is good but PC version is way too terrible.

Your customer services are the worst. I asked for refund immediately an hour right after I paid for the premium. I ask for refund 4 times, (2-3 days in between each) and there is no reply, not even once. I can wait if you responded and tell me that I need to wait more time.

I hope your company went bankrupt. I lost $15 but you guys will lose more than that.
