I'm amending my previous negative review. After writing a negative review, Connor, from The Prop Vault, reached out to me right away. He explained there had been a glitch which mistakenly "failed" accounts that were migrated from Matchtrader to MT5 and that this had been fixed. I've checked and I am in fact reconnected. He also pointed out to me where I had signed up for the 8% maximum drawdown versus a 10% drawdown. My mistake. In addition, he asked if I would reach out to Prop Vault first, if there is a problem, versus immediately defaulting to writing a negative review. This is a completely reasonable request which I will honor going forward. Too boot, The Prop Vault responded to me on a weekend, which they didn't have to do.

I learn about The Prop Vault firm…
I learn about The Prop Vault firm through my X follower and then i visit their X handle. i saw some bigger payout certificate which motivate me t buy a challange with them and i bought 25k. Trading conditions are amazing. no slipoage and fast execution even at news time.
i gives them full marks so far as per my experience. You must try their services by buying their challange.

I contacted them because I heard they would be handling BEP, but haven't heard back since.
I asked them to what extent they had taken over company-wide responsibility, but they didn't respond.
For some reason, I can no longer access Discord. Have I been blocked?
They no longer provide support or reply.
What they do hasn't changed since BEP.

We are not BFP, we are The Prop Vault. A completely different company with a new CEO and new management team.
You have made a review based on a different company which is not fair.
We do not owe you the refund nor was this our issue to resolve.
We have spoken to you multiple times regarding this matter and have explained the situation.
You have informed us that until BFP refunds the money, then you will keep this review when it is out of our hands as The Prop Vault.
Our management team said they will look into clients from BFP's issues, but unfortunately we did not inherit debts or outstanding payments and we are not obligated to pay anyone money that is not owed from us.

Avoid dealing with these scammers
Avoid dealing with these scammers. I bought a challenge account from them using MY VISA , and despite requesting a refund immediately, they promised to process it within 5-7 days. However, it's been 15 days, and there is still no sign of a refund. Be cautious and stay away from these fake challenges.

We are not BFP, we are The Prop Vault. A completely different company with a new CEO and new management team.

We have only just acquired BFP’s operations and we have said we will try to resolve as many previous issues as we can.
Please exercise patience as our team look into the outstanding issues. We have sent out forms asking people to complete and explain there issue so we can look into them further.
We will update everyone regarding their matters as soon as possible.
