So they CLAIM you only pay for shipping, so I got TWO. They charged me 24.99 and 19.99. I filed a dispute with my bank. I sent them an email the second they charged me, tried to call … can’t. Posted on their site… not a word back.

I find this happening a LOT lately. Spoiled child, Maelys…
Expensive lessons learned!!

Do not buy from these people. They add on charges will not cancel even though it was done within minutes of the purchase .you can not call them and I see why and you can get a better pillow foe 1/2 the price on Amazon. They did respond with NO intention of canceling. Be aware.

I ordered two "free" calming pillows for my dogs. They arrived faster than I expected but what a piece of junk. They are the size of a toy and they are very light weight. I was charged around 15.00 per pillow shipping. That would have been okay if the pillows were the size that they appeared in the photos. This pillow will fit in my sock and I am a woman's size 7 shoe. Total crap and another company being allowed to sell through Facebook without and due diligence.

Never Received the parcel - photos of my postbox but not with the parcel in it (and the photos of houses from another country).

I only looked at the site and they charged me twice for nothing…. I keep my credit card locked so don’t know how the debited me…. For nothing! Bank is investigating. Stay away from them, they are crooks!

What was advertised and what i received were completely different. It was supposed to be a weighted, calming dog pillow & what i received was a stuffed pillow the size of a chew toy! Totally scammed.

BEWARE_This company is HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE, they say that the pillow is free, it is NOT, they charged 12.99 for shipping, then another 24.99 saying that I picked an upgrade, I did NOT pick an upgrade! I contacted them, they will NOT help me. I have not received a pillow, it has been several weeks, and I will be forced to go to my bank to complain. I honestly feel they charge you on purpose hoping you won't complain and just go away. I was charged a total of $37.98 for a "free" pillow I have not received!!

My huge dog mystery box supposedly worth hundreds of dollars was 5 PDF files, and definitely not worth $11.99

Product isn't even worth the shipping. Returns and emails go through Poland. Ships from China. I didn't order the upgrade, but they added it. Tried to cancel the order less than 30 minutes later, but because they are overseas, it already went to their fulfillment center and they couldn't do anything about it. Very frustrating. Will never order from them again.

Absolute scam! I fell for the items thinking I would not only recieve the calming pillows (very very low quality) but a mystery box. This was later sent as a digital download of some crap you can google. Poor responses via email and im seething I got ripped off. DO NOT PURCHASE!
