Total amateur company. Five weeks waiting for an order, no official response to emails, customer service absolute zero.
Avoid like the plague

No customer service, no shipping. No answers, also the page doesn't have any reviews. No videos on TikTok about the brand, only the owner, like is not clients talking about o showing the clothes that they got. The ig page doesn't match the quantity of followers and comments, also hidden the quantity of likes. I write to then a lot for know something about my order and no answers. It's a scam

Non existing customer service. No response. Scam.

I recently purchased a jacket from this company, but unfortunately it ended up being too small. I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange, but the return/exchange page on their website wouldn't load at all. I filled out the contact form multiple times, sent emails, and even reached out on Instagram, but I never received any response. It has been over a month now, and I still haven't been able to exchange the jacket.

Their post-sale service is nonexistent. While their clothing is of very high quality, if you encounter any issues, it seems there is nothing you can do.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support and the inability to resolve a simple exchange request. Despite the great quality of their products, the poor post-sale experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would advise caution when considering purchasing from this company.
