pretty good, some slow downs with the new upgrade
Overall the program and website is good but with the recent changes it seems a little slower on my computer and sometimes seems to freeze. I think the changes are good but the cursor is slower to change into the clickable hand-with-finger so that is disappointing. There are more glitches when I reschedule appointments than in years past.

This site if far better than CareLogic, which I used for over a decade. It is not perfect, particularly when trying to reschedule an appointment to another day/time or scheduling appointments for multiple sessions.

The transition from Vantage to Stripe…
The transition from Vantage to Stripe the new provider for credit card transactions has not been a smooth process. The constant errors we receive are disruptive to the collecting of funds and our practice in general. The speed of the program has slowed down significantly especially when collecting payments.
