Great company to buy from

I bought a Therasage red light pad back in March. It arrived quickly and in great packaging! I followed up with questions and they told my how i can use the pad portable with my own phone recharger battery. That's super cool. They also helped me with usage and even a free consultation with their practitioners.

Great Product, Great Customer Service

Early in 2025 I experienced fairly significant dizziness. The 2nd time it occurred I went to my personal physician. Of course after a series of tests nothing was identified to cause the problem. My daughter gave me a TherAid Bio Energetic Bio Band Bracelet for my birthday. Amazing thing happened. No more dizziness. As I read about the benefits of the TherAid band, it resolves EMF sickness. EMF sickness is almost impossible to diagnose. We are surrounded by EMF in our homes and businesses. I sleep with my Apple Watch which is why my daughter gave me the TherAid band. Needless to say I love the band.
A month ago, the band was breaking at the pin. I contacted Therasage and they sent me a replacement band, no charge. Unfortunately it was an updated band and wouldn't work on my band. Therasage sent me a new updated band at no charge. Who does this? A company that cares about their customers. Am I a fan? Absolutely! Would I recommend the TherAid band? Absolutely. What a great product and what a great company.

Therasage poor quality components

I had the Therasage Large healing pad. The controller quit working after a couple of months. They sent me a new one. Ok great. It worked for another 10 months then completely stopped heating. I contacted therasage and they said I should have used a surge protector. I have a whole house surge protector. The quality is very poor and definitely not worth the price. Buyer Beware! The company also victim blame’s in their email responses. Do NOT purchase from them. So sad because I really wanted to benefit from their product.

i bought EMF blanket for 189$ paid…

i bought EMF blanket for 189$ paid custom fees 208$
it cost me almost 450$ with shipping
how can you pay 450 $ for blanket ?
be careful if you are buying outside USA you will pay a lot and Therasage they dont help customers to decrease in the UPS billing like others Compagnies do
i ordered more expensive with others compagnies and UPS cost me less than 100$

Sauna and heat pads failed in a short amount of time

I purchased an infrared sauna, that completely died on me after a small handful of sessions, there was a big bang and smoke and a smell of smoke for days later. They send out a box to replace the electrics on it, that did nothing. They eventually ended up replacing it for me - but this took a lot of time…instead I got a different product sent out to me as a replacement as I had no confidence left in the sauna. I got a PEMF mat.

I also have one of their heat mats which is phenomenal! They work so good for me, however …again - the first one gave up on me after 2-3 uses. The replacement had lasted me about a year, now that still works but it gets way too hot - I think the thermostat is broken or something and the screen on the remote has died so I can’t see what the temp is at or what time is set or what time is left. The heat pad burnt my back really badly on one spot and blistered and now I have a permanent scar there. I always had the heat pad at the max level - 9 and it was always perfect for me, never too hot and I would never come close to burning my back. I reached out about this and my thoughts about it all and I was only offered a 40% discount on purchasing a new heat pad.

It seems once your product is out of warranty you are in trouble.

Unfortunately I can’t afford to replace it, I expect these products to last much longer…I’m very disappointed. I have recommended Therasage a lot here in Ireland to colleagues, I cannot stand behind it anymore when products don’t last for me and are not replaced.

Water filter and pemf mat

I have purchased a water filter and the therapro pemf mat from this company. Their products are pricey and their customer service falls short of being comprehensive and fully addressing concerns.

The water filter filter so slowly, even with brand new filters, that it was functionally unusable. I returned this item and they were helpful there. Although I paid for return shipping.

The pemf may has tens and pemf functionalities to which I requested the exact gauss and hertz for the functions so I could use the mat appropriately to address pain (in conjunction with my physical therapist treatment) to which I was told it is “proprietary information” and I am not allowed to have this information.

What’s the point of being an informed consumer if the company is putting up barriers and expecting you to trust them blind?
