He was clear and concise and set expectations for me on delivery, which were spot on . A good product delivered on time and has met all my needs a rarity in today’s world. Why only 4 stars ...... it needs to prove durability.

From the first call to the last, Gary has been a mine of information and helpfulness. Everything went smoothly with one minor exception (and it was our fault) that we thought the sofa arm covers we bought as an extra were missing when in fact they were already on and looked almost invisible. I was able to talk to someone about my order who was very helpful. When delivered the chairs were carefully brought into the house and all wrapping taken away.

Unprofessional company!
We ordered a controller for a chair and they took the order via Amex on the online chat system (we spoke with a person rather than the chatbot). The controller was due after 3 days but nothing arrived within the week. We called and left a message and finally got through to find that they don't take Amex so the order had fallen into a black hole. They said had we not called they would never have known they had the order. They sorted the issue and sent the controller but to the wrong address, picking up my address from the Amex card rather than the address we had given. We phoned to ask them to cover the postage to send to the correct address and they said they couldn't be bothered and put the phone down. Suggest you avoid this unprofessional company.

I recently purchased a leather rise and recline chair from this company and the whole experience was excellent.I received my chair within 2 weeks so was very pleased with that.The quality of the chair is excellent and comfortable.The delivery was on time as quoted.So I can highly recommend this company.

The wires in the handset for dads chair broke, I called and sent photos of the label as we had no idea what to get.
The service was great, quickly identifying which handset we needed and posting straight away.

We’ve just received our recliner chair from thereclinerstore.co.uk, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The service was excellent from start to finish—easy to order, great communication, and timely delivery.

As for the chair itself—it’s fantastic! Really well-made, incredibly comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. My mother is absolutely delighted with it, which makes it all the more worthwhile.

I called the company for advice on the best recliner chairs to purchase for us. I had an idea but wanted to double check before I ordered. I spoke to Gary, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and I didn’t hesitate to order with the company. Gary said the chairs would be delivered in 5 weeks and they were. The delivery company kept me informed of the delivery date and time and were spot on. They fitted the chairs together and demonstrated how to use them. The chairs are perfect for our requirements, they look good and are very comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending Gary and his company, quite honestly you’d be daft if you went anywhere else!
